Summary

Machine-generated summary

The district of Cloppenburg intends to rebuild the existing Maximilian Kolbe School in Löningen as a special school focusing on intellectual development, due to changing requirements and rising pupil numbers. The new building will be located in Löningen on Linderner Strasse, between St Florian Strasse and Blumenstrasse. The plots are currently used as agricultural land, no development plan yet exists, and the town of Löningen will set urban planning conditions for the architectural competition. Demands for energy efficient and sustainable building apply from the early planning stage. The competition aims to select a suitable architect or landscape architect for further planning services.
