Description

Das Verfahren wird als einphasiger, nichtoffener hochbaulicher und freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb durchgeführt. Eine maximale Teilnehmerzahl von 20 wird angestrebt. Der Durchführung des Wettbewerbs liegen die RPW 2013 in der aktuellen Fassung, eingeführt in Rheinland-Pfalz durch den Erlass des Ministeriums der Finanzen vom 22. Mai 2013 sowie durch die Verwaltungsvorschrift vom 01. Juni 2014, zugrunde. Die Anwendung und Anerkennung der RPW 2013 ist für den Auslober und Teilnehmer sowie alle übrigen Beteiligten verbindlich, soweit diese Auslobung nicht ausdrücklich davon abweicht. Auslober, Teilnehmer sowie alle am Verfahren Beteiligten erkennen den Inhalt der Auslobung an. An der Vorbereitung dieses Wettbewerbs hat der Ausschuss Wettbewerb und Vergabe der Architektenkammer Rheinland-Pfalz beratend mitgewirkt. Die Auslobung wurde dort unter der Nummer 3/03/26 registriert. Im Anschluss an das Wettbewerbsverfahren wird ein VgV-Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb zunächst mit dem ersten Preisträger durchgeführt. Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs sind das hochbauliche sowie freiraumplanerische Konzept für den Neubau einer neungruppigen Kindertagesstätte in Kirn sowie der zugehörigen Freianlagen. Das Projekt steht unter dem Motto zeitgemäßes und nachhaltiges Bauen und soll sich in der Stadt als Impulsgeber für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung positionieren. Das Gesamtbudget (Kostenindex Stand 1. Quartal 2026) für das Projekt beträgt ca. 10,80 Mio. Euro brutto für die KG 300-500. Davon entfallen auf die KG 300-400 ca. 8,05 Mio. Euro netto sowie auf die KG 500 ca. 1,02 Mio. Euro netto. Das Raumprogramm umfasst eine Fläche von ca. 1.646 qm zzgl. notwendiger Erschließungs-, Neben- sowie Technikflächen. Das Projekt steht unter dem Motto zeitgemäßes und nachhaltiges Bauen und soll sich in der Stadt als Impulsgeber für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung positionieren.
