Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Objektplanung - Freianlagen (Anlage 11, HOAI 2021) mit den Leistungsphasen 1-9 und Besondere Leistungen. Freianlagenplanung im Zuge der Errichtung eines zweigeschossigen Erweiterungsbaus mit einer Aufstockung und dem Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Im Rahmen der Vorentwurfsplanung sind zwei Varianten der Sporthalle (oberirdisch od. teilunterirdisch) hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Freianlagen und den Außenraum zu untersuchen. Die Freianlagen sind im Bereich des baulichen Eingriffs wieder grundschulgerecht anzupassen. Im Zuge des Erweiterungsbaus ist die Planung eines attraktiven und funktionalen Aufenthaltsbereichs für die Nutzung durch den Hort sowie die Offene Ganztagsschule (oGTS) vorgesehen. Der Pausenhof soll zu einem attraktiven, funktionalen und wirtschaftlichen (klimaresilienten) Aufenthaltsbereich entwickelt werden. Für Personal sollen zusätzliche Stellplätze geschaffen werden.
