Description

Die Stadt Schlüchtern entwickelt im Zentrum das Gebiet des ehemaligen Langer-Kaufhauses zu einem modernen Wohn-, Kultur- und Dienstleistungsquartier. Das Kultur- und Begegnungszentrum ist bereits fertig gestellt, ein Teil der Wohn- und Geschäftshausbebauung wird 2026 in Betrieb genommen. Ein wesentliches Gestaltungselement des Quartiers ist der "Pocketpark" (ca. 2.000 m² Freifläche incl. Zuwegung), der bis Ende 2027 mit Fördermitteln des Landes Hessen aus dem Programm "Lebendige Zentren" errichtet werden soll. Neben dem Pocketpark sollen noch Anpassungsmaßnahmen in der Bahnhofstraße und Obertorstraße erfolgen. Das Gesamtbudget KG 200-700 der DIN 276 beträgt 1.330.400 € brutto. Nach der Durchführung eines Workshop-Verfahrens mit zwei Büros zur Klärung der Aufgabenstellung sollen nunmehr die Planungsleistungen LP 2-9 vergeben werden. Freianlagenplanung HOAI § 39 LP 2-9. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise, zunächst nur bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 3 HOAI Entwurfsplanung. Die weitere Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise durch schriftlichen Abruf. Ein Rechtsanspruch zur weiteren Beauftragung besteht nicht. Freianlagenplanung nach HOAI Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 Leistungsphasen 2-9. Der Auftraggeber wird zunächst nur bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 3 beauftragen. Die weitere Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise durch schriftlichen Abruf. Ein Rechtsanspruch zur weiteren Beauftragung besteht nicht.
