Planung Freianlagen Für den Standort Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum (AVK), Rubenstraße 125, 12157 Berlin soll ein Erweiterungsneubau (3. Bauabschnitt Haus 53 und 4. Bauabschnitt Haus 54) u. a. mit den Funktionsstellen: 1.04 Funktionsdiagnostik Kardiologie u. Urologie, 1.05 Endoskopie, 1.07 Radiologie, 1.09 Ambulante Operation, 1.10 Entbindung, 2.01 Allgemeinpflege - Kardiologie, Neurologie, Gastroenterologie, Infektiologie, Onkologie, 2.02 Pflege - Wöchnerinnen, 2.10 Pflege - Geriatrie, 2.11 Tagesklinik Infektiologie unter Berücksichtigung und mit Anbindung an bestehende medizinische Funktionsstellen geplant und realisiert werden. Objektplanung Freianlagen- Auszug aus dem Erläuterungsbericht Objektplanung Gebäude 3. und 4. BA, Stand LPH 2 zu Freianlagen: Die Objektplanung Freianlagen soll sich an den bereits in Haus 51 und 52 definierten Festlegungen zu Wegeführung, Strukturen und Materialien orientieren. Flächen Außenanlagen ab VK Fassade EG: 3. BA: 2.357 m2 4. BA: 4.400 m2 Zu Flächen intensiv begrünter bzw. gestalteter Dachflächen der Innenhöfe (Dämmung und Abdichtung durch Hochbau; weiterer Aufbau durch Landschaftsarchitektur) Grundsätzlich sollen die Dachflächen mit einem Retentionsdachaufbau geplant werden: 3. BA: 517 m2 4. BA: 480 m2 Für den Bereich der Entbindungsstation ist vorgesehen, bei der Stadt die Genehmigung für Kurzzeitparkplätze am Grazer Damm zu beantragen, um sogenannte "Storchenparkplätze" einzurichten. Darüber hinaus werden keine zusätzlichen Kfz-Stellplätze vorgesehen. Fahrradstellplätze sind in den Freianlagen vorgesehen und werden direkt am Haupteingang verortet, um eine komfortable und sichere Nutzung zu gewährleisten. Für die neuen Eingangssituationen zwischen Haus 53 und 54 in die Eingangshalle sind sowohl straßenseitig als auch gartenseitig die Übergänge in die Freianlagen zu planen. Straßenseitig ist eine Verkehrsplanung - Zufahrt/ Vorfahrt - Bestandteil der Planungsleistung.
