Description

Planungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung Es werden Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung für Gebäude gem. § 51 HOAI und gemäß RBBau (Stand 2021) - Aufstellung der EW - Bau (LPH 3 - 4) für den Neubau einer Feuerwache (Hauptwache) im GefÜbZH Altmark - Kaserne in Letzlingen vergeben. Der Auftrag wird Stufenweise vergeben. Die Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht als Option ohne Anspruch darauf. Die Ausführung des Gebäudes soll in kompakter, nachhaltiger, konstruktiveinfacher, idealerweise mit hohem Vorfertigungsgrad oder modularer Bauweise erfolgen, um den Ansprüchen an die militärische Nutzung gerecht zu werden. Das Gebäude soll als Niedrigstenergiegebäude (EffizienzgebäudeBund 40) errichtet werden. Die Nutzungsfläche beträgt insgesamt ca. 1.200 m². Das Vorhaben wird auf einem freien Baufeld errichtet. Die Bauzeit soll ca. 24 Monate betragen. Die geschätzten Gesamtbaukosten (einschl. anteiliger Baunebenkosten) belaufen sich auf ca. 8.700.000 Euro. Tragwerksplanung (gemäß § 51 HOAI) - Honorarzone III Das Bauprojekt ist als BIM-Maßnahme eingestuft. Die Umsetzung der BIM-Methodik ist erforderlich. Der BIM-Masterplan Level III ist anzuwenden.
