The German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the Food and Catering Industry (BGN) is procuring architectural object planning services in accordance with HOAI § 34, service phases 1 to 9. The project covers the renovation and redesign of the guest area at its training centre and headquarters in Mannheim (Dynamostrasse 7-11), including modernisation of guest rooms on floors 2 to 5 and redesign of the beer and wine tavern on the 1st floor. The property consists of two building sections and is classified as building class 5 / special structure. Commissioning will take place in stages.
