88239 Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28, WG,AG,Lindauer28,(S),Sanier+Erweiterbau, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI, Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von Architektenleistungen für Freianlagen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI. In Verbindung mit diesem Verfahren sollen die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 sowie besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphase 9 vergeben werden. Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28 - Sanierung und Erweiterungsbau in Holzbauweise für das Amtsgericht Wangen: Das Land Baden-Württemberg beabsichtigt die Sanierung des Amtsgerichts in Wangen inkl. eines Erweiterungsbaus. In diesem Zuge sollen die Außenanlagen des Amtsgerichts überplant werden. Kostenziel KG 500: 430.000 Euro brutto. Die Bauplanung ist ab 11/2026, die Baudurchführung von 09/2028 bis 09/2031 vorgesehen. 88239 Wangen, Lindauer Str. 28, WG,AG,Lindauer28,(S),Sanier+Erweiterbau, Sanierung und Erweiterungsbau in Holzbauweise für das Amtsgericht Wangen - Freianlagenplanung - Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI. Es erfolgt die stufenweise Beauftragung von Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 sowie besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphase 9. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse.
