Description

Planungsleistungen gemäß §34 HOAI Objektplanung Die Planungsleistungen umfassen eine eingeschossige Aufstockung der Rossentalschule Albstadt in Holzmodulbauweise auf dem vorhandenen Schulgebäude mit rund 2.000 m² Bruttogrundfläche. Hinzu kommen die statische Prüfung des Erdgeschosses, alle erforderlichen Verstärkungsmaßnahmen sowie die sich daraus ergebenden Folgemaßnahmen. Die Bauarbeiten sollen möglichst während des laufenden Schulbetriebs stattfinden. Schmutz- und lärmintensive Tätigkeiten werden - soweit realisierbar - in schulfreien Zeiten wie den Ferien oder am Nachmittag durchgeführt. Die Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der Aufstockung sind spätestens zum Beginn des Schuljahres 2030/31 geplant. Eine ergänzende Aufgabenbeschreibung ist aus dem Verfahrensleitfaden (Anlage 001) zu entnehmen.
