Reha-Zentrum Bad Nauheim, Klinik Wetterau Ersatzneubau 79088 Objektplanung, Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Objekt- und Fachplanungsleistungen nach der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) für die Errichtung eines Ersatzneubaus am Standort Reha-Zentrum Bad Nauheim, Klinik Wetterau. Die Vertragsleistung umfasst zunächst die Grundleistungen sowie Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1 und 2 nach HOAI für die Leistungsbilder: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume - Freianlagen - Tragwerksplanung - Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz, Bauakustik und Raumakustik) - Brandschutz. Optional kann der Auftragnehmer mit den Besonderen Leistungen zur Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB) auf Basis der LP 2 sowie mit weiteren Besonderen Leistungen innerhalb der LP 1 und 2 beauftragt werden.
