Description

3D-Bestandsmodell LOD 300 Die Leistung betrifft einen historischen Gebäudebestand mit komplexen baulichen, technischen und denkmalbezogenen Anforderungen. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung sind die Leistungen der Ingenieursvermessung gemäß HOAI 2021 Anlage 1 (zu §3 Absatz 1), Nr. 1.4 mit den Leistungsbildern der Planungsbegleitenden Vermessung (Punkt 1.4.4). Als Grundlage für die Planung der Generalsanierung mit der BIM-Methode und um dem hochwertigen Denkmalstatus des Objekts gerecht zu werden, wird ein vollständiges 3D-Modell des gesamten Objekts sowie ein digitales Geländemodell benötigt. Das Objekt erstreckt sich über ca. 64x96m mit einer Höhenausdehnung von ca. 42m (UG2 bis First Bühnenturm). Die BGF beträgt ca. 23.500 m2, die NRF ca. 20.000 m2. Die Geländefläche beträgt ca. 1,5 ha. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere Ingenieursvermessung, 3D-Laserscanning, verformungsgerechtes Aufmaß Genauigkeitsstufe 3, 3D-Modellierung LOD 300 im Bestand sowie die Übergabe prüffähiger Modell- und Datengrundlagen für die weitere Planung.
