Description

Die Grundstücke Fl.Nrn. 155/4 und 155/9 (Gesamtfläche ca. 7.070 m²), Gemarkung Altenstadt a. d. Waldnaab, waren Teil des ehem. Betriebsgeländes der Bleiglasfabrik Beyer. Auf Fl.Nr. 155/4 befindet sich ein ehem. Verwaltungsgebäude, welches erhalten werden soll und einer Nutzung als "Kreativhaus" mit Park- und Ruhezonen zugeführt werden soll. Ein ehem. Wohnhaus ist bereits rückgebaut. Auf dieser Fl.Nr. befindet sich zudem ein geschütztes Biotop, welches zu erhalten und zu schützen ist. Auf Fl.Nr. 155/9 befinden sich eine Lagerhalle sowie die ehem. Kantine mit Verbindungsgang. Auf diesem Grundstück sind Spiel- und Abenteuerflächen mit entsprechendem Wegesystem vorgesehen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen für die Freianlagen.
