Description

Die Stadt Geilenkirchen beabsichtigt die Fortführung der schrittweisen energetischen Modernisierung der Anita-Lichtenstein-Gesamtschule am Standort Pestalozzistraße 27. Nach der Fertigstellung der Bauteile E und F (2020) wird nun die energetische Sanierung des Bauteils D als zweiter Realisierungsabschnitt der Gesamtsanierung initiiert. Eine besondere Anforderung ist der Rückbau bzw. der Abriss einzelner Bauelemente. Ebenso gefordert ist die Planung einer Interimslösung. Mit der Planung wird unmittelbar nach Beauftragung begonnen. Laut Vorgaben des Fördergebers muss die Maßnahme bis spät. September 2029 vollständig umgesetzt sein (Abschluss der Baumaßnahme). Die Planung der technischen Anlagen hat unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen an den Schulbetrieb, sowie der geltenden energetischen Standards und Klimaschutzziele zu erfolgen.
