Deutsche Netzgesellschaft is seeking construction supervision services for the Digital Node Stuttgart (DKS), a pilot project of the Digital Rail Germany programme. Module 3 extends modules 1 and 2 by equipping the remaining areas of the Stuttgart and Plochingen network districts, covering roughly 500 route kilometres, with DSTW, ETCS L2oS and ATO GoA 2, plus further technologies such as FRMCS, CTMS and Moving Block in some areas. The procurement is published as market information and is divided into five lots: railway operational supervision, civil engineering, surveying, environmental supervision and safety coordination.
