Description

Planungs- und Koordinierungsleistungen für den Aufbau eines übergeordneten Backbone-Wärmenetzes, das bestehende lokale Wärmenetze miteinander verbindet und zentral mit unvermeidbarer Abwärme aus dem Müllheizkraftwerk (MHKW) versorgt. Das geplante Backbone-Netz bildet zukünftig das zentrale Rückgrat der Wärmeinfrastruktur in Göppingen. Es verläuft als Haupttrasse durch das Stadtgebiet und bindet die einzelnen Wärmenetze hydraulisch getrennt an. So kann die überschüssige Abwärme des MHKW über leistungsfähige Übergabestationen in die vorhandenen Verteilnetze eingespeist werden, ohne deren Struktur grundlegend verändern zu müssen. Voraussichtliche Kosten: ca. 22 Mio. € netto (Baukosten), Voraussichtliche Ausführungstermine: 2026 - 2030. - Planung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß § 43 HOAI 2021 Leistungsphasen 5 - 9 + besondere Leistungen sowie Teilleistungen LP 1-4 für Rohrleitungstrasse Süd, Rohrleitungstrasse Nord* und Fernwärmezentrale, - Planung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß § 55 HOAI 2021 Leistungsphasen 5 - 9, sowie Teilleistungen LP 1-4 für den Betrieb der Anlage und Gebäude notwendige technische Ausrüstung (Fernwärmezentrale), - Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI 2021 Leistungsphasen 1-6 + besondere Leistungen für die Fernwärmezentrale, - Projektkoordination. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen erfolgt stufenweise. Der Auftraggeber ist in seiner Entscheidung über eine Weiterbeauftragung frei; ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht. * Die Beauftragung der Rohrleitungstrasse Nord erfolgt erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt (voraussichtlich 2027) vorbehaltlich des Zuwendungsbescheids.
