Description

Das neue BUW Ammendorf ersetzt nach Fertigstellung das bestehende BUW Ammendorf. Nach dem Aufbau, Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme des neuen BUW sowie schrittweisem Verlegen und Anschließen der Bahnstromkabel wird das bestehende alte BUW außer Betrieb genommen. Das neue BUW muss teilweise parallel zum alten BUW die Bahnstrecke versorgen bis alle Bahnstromkabel, Speisekabel und fernwirktechnischen Anbindungen abgeschlossen sind. Diese Arbeiten im bestehenden BUW werden durch die HAVAG ausgeführt. Das Gesamtbauvorhaben gliedert sich in mehrere Lose, welche von unterschiedlichen Firmen ausgeführt werden. LOS 1 Tiefbau für Hochbau LOS 2 Hochbau LOS 3 Kabel, Tiefbau LOS 4 Technische Ausrüstung LOS 5 Fahrleitung LOS 6 Arbeiten im Bestand Die ausführliche Beschreibung des Projektes ist in den Vergabeunterlagen enthalten. Der Planungsauftrag beinhaltet verschiedene Leistungsbilder und Leistungsphasen. Folgende Leistungsbilder sind Gegenstand des Auftrages: - Technische Ausrüstung (Lph 8, optional 9) - Gebäude und Innenräume (Lph 8, optional 9) - Freianlagen (Lph 8, optional 9) Die unter Punkt 5.1.3 angegebene Laufzeit bezieht sich auf die Gesamtlaufzeit einschließlich Optionen. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Die mit gegenständlicher Veröffentlichung abrufbaren Vergabeunterlagen werden zum Zeitpunkt der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe noch weiter konkretisiert. Die mit Bekanntmachung veröffentlichten Vergabeunterlagen sind als Grundlage zu sehen, interessierten Unternehmen eine Entscheidung über die Teilnahme zu ermöglichen (siehe auch Erfordernis nach Begründung zu § 41 Abs. 1 SektVO)
