Der Landkreis Goslar beabsichtigt die Durchführung einer umfassenden Sanierung und Modernisierung des Schulzentrums Braunlage in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Die Vergabe der erforderlichen Objektplanungsleistungen für Gebäude/Innenräume soll in einem 2-stufigen Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb erfolgen. Der Landkreis Goslar ist Träger des Schulzentrums Braunlage, in welchem die Oberschule Braunlage sowie das Oberharz-Gymnasium Braunlage räumlich untergebracht sind. Beide Schulen werden als offene Ganztagsschule geführt. Das Schulzentrum einschließlich einer Sporthalle umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche von 9802 m² aufgeteilt auf sechs Bauteile. Der Landkreis Goslar plant das Schulzentrum Braunlage ganzheitlich zu sanieren und zu modernisieren. Dabei stellt die über Jahrzehnte gewachsene Gebäudestruktur eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Zudem muss die bauliche Umsetzung der Sanierungsleistungen während des laufenden (Ganztags-) Schulbetriebs ausgeführt werden. Alle am Projekt fachlich Beteiligten sollen in enger Abstimmung mit den Nutzern ein gemeinsames Realisierungskonzept erarbeiten. Die bauliche Umsetzung soll in fünf bis acht klar abgegrenzte Bauabschnitte unterteilt werden. Die Bauabschnitte sind jeweils so auszubilden, dass sie unabhängig voneinander realisiert werden können. Es ist beabsichtigt, die erforderlichen Leistungen der Objektplanung für Gebäude/Innenräume im Rahmen des Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 119 Abs. 5 Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkung und § 74 i. V. mit § 17 Vergabeverordnung zu vergeben.
