Der Landkreis Osterholz beabsichtigt , nach vorzeitigem Ausscheiden des bisherigen Architekturbüros, im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 119 Abs. 5 Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB) und § 74 und § 17 Vergabeverordnung (VgV) die Leistung „Architektenleistungen LPH 5-9 für die Sanierung der Berufsbil-denden Schulen Osterholz-Scharmbeck (BBS)“ zu vergeben.
