Description

Der Auftraggeber strebt die Vergabe eines Rahmenvertrags über Leistungen der Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung für Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Gebäuden auf dem Gelände des denkmalgeschützten Flughafen Tempelhof an. Den Schwerpunkt bildet die Tragwerksplanung; ggf. sind damit im Zusammenhang stehende Leistungen der Objektplanung zu erbringen. Näheres ist der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Die Planung aller Brücken in der Leistungsphase 3 soll mit diesem Abruf in einer weiteren, tiefergehenden Variante geplant werden. Diese Variante beinhaltet in Vergleich zur bisher abgerufenen eine Ertüchtigung für eine Nutzlast von 5 kN/m² (öffentliche Fußgängerbrücken und Fluchtweg) sowie eine vollflächigen Betoninstandsetzung an den nicht Naturstein verkleideten Flächen.
