Description

Auf der Schachtanlage Asse sind zehn Gebäude im Nahwärmenetz einer mit Heizöl betriebenen Kesselanlage eingebunden. Bedingt durch das Alter der vorhandenen Kesselanlage und unter Berücksichtigung des Gebäudeentwicklungskonzeptes für die Schachtanlage Asse, ist eine komplette Erneuerung der Bestandswärmeversorgung erforderlich. Die vorgenannte Kesselanlage soll durch eine Großwärmepumpe mit entsprechendem Pufferspeicher ersetzt werden. Die bestehende Technikzentrale einschließlich Warmwasserbereitung muss an der neuen Wärmeerzeugung und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik angepasst werden. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung der obengenannten Umbaumaßnahme.
