The town of Emsdetten is planning to refurbish, renovate and extend the Hollingen School on its current site. The existing buildings date from 1951 (old building), 1965 (foyer, classrooms and administration) and 2006 (all-day care) and are to be modernised technically, functionally and partly spatially, covering aspects such as acoustics, accessibility and fire protection. The contract covers design services for buildings and interiors under Sections 33 ff. HOAI, with basic services for service phases 1 to 9 in two stages: stage 1 covers phases 1 to 3, and stage 2, phases 4 to 9, following a corresponding council decision.
