The State Building and Property Office Neubrandenburg, acting for the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is procuring architectural object planning services for the fundamental renovation of Lecture Building 2, including hazardous substance remediation, at the University of Applied Sciences in Guestrow. The works will run in three construction phases, with temporary accommodation planned at Goldberger Strasse 8 and in container facilities A1 and A2 to keep teaching running. Eligible costs are KG 300: 5,328,000.00 gross and KG 400: 3,769,000.00 gross. Construction is planned for 2028 to 2031. Service level 1 (phases 2-4) is required first, with optional levels 2 to 4 (phases 5-8), to be completed within about 9 months of award. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with prior publication under VgV 2016, awarded to the bidder offering the best solution.
