Description

Die Stadt Hürth beabsichtigt auf der Liegenschaft Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasiums auf dem Grundstück Sudetenstraße 37, 50354 Hürth - Hermülheim, Gemarkung Hermülheim, Flur 10, Flurstück 87 eine Erweiterung und eine Energetische Sanierung durchzuführen. Das zu sanierende Hauptgebäude wurde im Jahr 1975 errichtet. Im Fokus der Energetischen Sanierung steht die Sanierung der Fenster und Türen, der Fassade sowie des Daches. Im Erdgeschoss soll im Bereich der derzeitigen Bibliothek (Bauteil B) eine Erweiterung mit einer Fläche von ca. 420 m2 NUF errichtet werden. Bei der Sanierung der Gebäudehülle sind bauliche und energetische Gesichtspunkte gleichermaßen zu berücksichtigen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Vorschriften, insbesondere des Gebäudeenergiegesetzes (GEG), sowie der technischen Regeln für Bau- und Wärmeschutz. Gegenstand dieses Vertrags sind Grundleistungen und Besondere Leistungen aus dem Leistungsbild Objektplanung nach § 33 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 HOAI. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Nach Erbringung der LPH 02 wird die erarbeitete Planung und Kostenschätzung für die Einreichung eines Förderantrags zum Programm: "Energetische Sanierung kommunaler Gebäude" des Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Industrie, Klimaschutz und Energie des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen, herangezogen. Es ist mit einer zeitlichen Unterbrechung der Planung zu rechnen, da die weitere Beauftragung an die Genehmigung des Förderantrags geknüpft wird. Aufgrund der Vorgaben der angestrebten Förderung muss die Maßnahme spätestens bis zum 31.12.2029 fertiggestellt sein. Sollte der Förderungsantrag nicht bewilligt werden, wird die Maßnahme nicht durchgeführt sondern stattdessen nur eine Sanierung der Fenster und Türen durchgeführt.
