Description

Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung LPH 5-7 für eine Generalunternehmerbeauftragung sowie Überwachung der LPH 8 Die Stadt Hameln beabsichtigt im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach VgV, die Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (LPH 5-7) für eine Generalunternehmerbeauftragung sowie Überwachung der LPH 8 für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in Hameln-Klein Berkel zu beauftragen. Die Planungsleistungen der LPH 1-4 wurden bereits erbracht. Vorhandene Unterlagen: - Bauantragsunterlagen und Entwässerungsunterlagen - Statische Berechnungen - GEG-Nachweis - Bodengutachten - Bebauungsplan Das Grundstück befindet sich in der Ottostrasse 1, 31789 Hameln-OT Klein Berkel . Das Gebäude wird in die Gebäudeklasse 3 eingestuft. Das Feuerwehrhaus besteht aus zwei zusammenhängenden Gebäudeteilen, der Fahrzeughalle und dem Sozialtrakt. Der Sozialtrakt hat eine Außenabmessung von ca. 25,72 m x 13,14 m. Seitlich daneben ist die Fahrzeughalle mit den Abmessungen von ca. 19,48 m x 13,41 m geplant. Der Sozialtrakt wird eingeschossig in Holzrahmenbauweise errichtet und erhält ein Pultdach. Die Fahrzeughalle aus Porenbetonelementen besitzt ein Flachdach. Die Dächer werden als Leicht-Gründächer ausgeführt und erhalten eine PV-Anlage. Grundstücksgröße gesamt ca. 4.759 m² Sozialtrakt und Umkleiden ca. 338 m² BGF Fahrzeughalle ca. 261 m² BGF Aussenflächen begrünt: ca. 2.650 m² Aussenflächen befestigt: ca. 1.500 m²
