Description

Planungsleistungen Bauphysik für folgenden Gebäudekomplex in Offenbach am Main, Mauerfeldschule im Stadtteil Bieber => Erweiterung und Sanierung eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäudeensembles Die Mauerfeldschule (Schule Bieber/Standort Mauerfeldstraße - Grundstufe der Geschwister-Scholl-Schule) ist eine 3-zügige Grundschule im Ortskern des Offenbacher Stadtteils Bieber. In der Mauerfeldschule werden derzeit 248 Schüler*innen auf einer Bruttogeschossfläche von etwa 2.487 m² BGF unterrichtet. Davon nehmen 90 Schüler*innen am Ganztagsangebot der Schule teil. Prognosen zufolge wird die Schülerzahl auf maximal 336 ansteigen. Gleichzeitig soll der Anteil der Ganztagsschüler*innen durch den Rechtsanspruch auf ganztägige Bildung und Betreuung bis zum Schuljahr 2029/30 auf etwa 80% (269 Kinder) steigen. Die hierfür benötigten Räumlichkeiten sind im Bestand nicht in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden und müssen im Zuge der Baumaßnahme geschaffen werden. Der Auftraggeber setzt voraus, dass der Aufwand für die Anwendung der CAD-Richtlinie der Stadt Offenbach im angebotenen Honorar enthalten ist. Es wird ein Planserver (Planfred) zur Verfügung gestellt.
