Description

Das Congress Centrum Würzburg (CCW) muss generalsaniert werden, da die Gebäudetechnik, die größtenteils aus dem Jahr der Eröffnung 1984 stammt vollständig ausgetauscht werden muss. Zudem sind tragwerkstechnische Mängel durch Chlorideinträge in den Betonbauteilen der Tiefgarage zu sanieren und das Erscheinungsbild der Innenausstattung zu modernisieren. Das Gebäude beinhaltet einen Veranstaltungssaal für 1600 Personen (1230m²) und einen Konferenzbereich mit 5 Räumen für insgesamt ca. 310 Personen (320m²) zuzüglich entsprechende Nebenflächen. BGF des gesamten Gebäudes ca. 17.500m². BGF der Sanierungsfläche ca. 5.700m². BGF der Tiefgarage ca. 6.800m². Stufenweise Beauftragung von Generalplanerleistungen mit den Fachlosen Objektplanung nach HOAI Teil 3 Abschnitt 1, Tragwerksplanung nach HOAI Teil 4 Abschnitt 1, Gebäudetechnik nach HOAI Teil 4 Abschnitt 2, Bauphysik nach HOAI Anlage 1 und Brandschutz nach AHO jeweils über alle Leistungsphasen. Erarbeitung von Austausch und Neustrukturierung der gesamten gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, Modernisierung des Innenausbaus in Anlehnung an den Anbau von 2014, energetische Aufwertung, Planung der Sanierungsmaßnahmen in der Tiefgarage sowie Entwicklung der notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebes in den angrenzenden Nutzungsbereichen von Hotel und Konferenzanbau.
