Landgemeinde Uder - Neubau multifunktionale Sportanlage Uder - Vergabe von Leistungen der Freianlagenplanung und der Geböudeplanung a) Die hiesige Vergabe betrifft im Wesentlichen die Leistungen der Freianlagenplanung in den Phasen 4 bis 9. Die Freianalagenplanung soll im Ergebnis dieser Vergabe stufenweise wie folgt beauftragt werden: Leistungsstufe I: LPH 4 Genehmigungsplanung, Leistungsstufe II: LPH 5 bis 7 Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe, Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe Leistungsstufe III: LPH 8 und 9 Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation), Objektbetreuung (nebst Besonderer Leistungen) Es werden zudem folgende Besondere Leistungen vergeben: • Einarbeitung in die Entwurfsplanung (Pauschalhonorar - Leistungsstufe I), • Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar - Leistungsstufe III), • Überwachen der Entwicklungs- und Unterhaltungspflege (Zeithonorar - Leistungsstufe III) b) Die hiesige Vergabe umfasst (in Gestalt eines sog. Splitterloses) auch die Leistungen der Gebäudeplanung (in Bezug auf das kleine Funktionsgebäude) in den Phasen 3 bis 4. Die Leistungen der Gebäudeplanung werden sofort mit Abschluss des Vertrages vergeben. (Hier findet also keine stufenweise Vergabe statt.) Das kleine Funktionsgebäude soll sodann auf Basis der Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung (Leistungsphasen 3 und 4) von einem noch zu beauftragenden Unternehmen in Modulbauweise realisiert werden, mit der Folge, dass hier keine weiteren Leistungsphasen über die Phase 4 hinaus notwendig werden. Es wird zudem folgende Besondere Leistung vergeben: • Einarbeitung in die Vorplanung (Pauschalhonorar) c) Im Übrigen wird, was den Inhalt des Auftrags anbelangt, auf den beigefügten Vertragsentwurf im Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen Bezug genommen.
