Innensanierung der Schulsporthalle der Stattlichen Regelschule Löwentor, Bleicherode - Technische Ausrüstung und Elektrofachplanung Die Vergabestelle beabsichtigt mit Hilfe des Förderprogramms „Sportstättenbauten“ des Freistaats Thüringen die Sanierung der Schulsporthalle der Regelschule „Löwentor“ zu Bleicherode. Es handelt sich um einen Hallenbau aus Stahlbetonfertigteilen mit einem Wandraster von 6,0 m; die Nutzfläche beträgt ca. 36,0 m x 16,88 m; die Raumhöhe liegt zwischen ca. 5,50 m und 6,15 m; der Bau wurde in den frühen 80er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts errichtet. Zweck der Maßnahme ist die Sicherstellung der Sportausbildung von Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie die Förderung des Vereinssports. a) Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektrofachplanung in den Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 (KG 410 bis 450). Die Objektplanung und die anderen Fachplanungen werden gesondert vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen in Bezug auf die verschiedenen Objekt- und Fachplanungen sind dabei zulässig. b) Dabei werden die Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektrofachplanung (in den Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5) nach Maßgabe des Vertragsentwurfs (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) stufenweise vergeben werden. (Bei den Anlagengruppen 2 und 3 wird die Leistungsphase 4 jeweils nicht vergeben.) Es werden zudem folgende Besondere Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektroplanung vergeben: - Erstellung der notwendigen Formblätter nach dem Vergabehandbuch (Pauschalhonorar - Leistungsphase 7 / Leistungsstufe 3) - Erstellung von Wartungs- und Prüfdokumentation (Pauschalhonorar - Leistungsphase 8) - Überwachung der Mangelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar - Leistungsphase 9 / Leistungsstufe 3) Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs, der wechselseitigen Pflichten und der Honorierung bei der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektroplanung auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die Gebäude- und Innenrauplanung ist April 2025 bis Dezember 2027 (unter zusätzlicher Einbeziehung der Leistungsphase 9 (= 4 Jahre) Dezember 2031).
