Tragwerksplanung, Bauphysik, DGNB-Audit / Zertifizierungsbegleitung (Los 4) für den Neubau eines Bildungs- und Innovationscampus am Wendersplatz Neuss Die Industrie- und Handelskammer Mittlerer Niederrhein (Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts mit Hauptsitz in Krefeld, im Folgenden: IHK MNR) plant mit dem Campus Bildung & Innovation Neuss eine Bildungsinfrastruktur zu schaffen, die eine strategische Antwort auf die Notwendigkeit gibt, Fachkräfte in Ausbildungsbetrieben zu sichern und zukunftsfähig weiterzubilden. Der neue Campus soll als sichtbares Symbol für gelungenen Strukturwandel dazu beitragen, das Rheinische Revier als innovative und wettbewerbsfähige Wirtschaftsregion neu zu positionieren. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Fachplanerleistungen der "Tragwerksplanung, Bauphysik, DGNB-Audit / Zertifizierungsbegleitung" (Los 4). Die ausgewählten Fachplaner müssen die Tragwerksplanung gemäß der LPH 1 bis LPH 6 und die Bauphysik sowie DGNB-Audit / Zertifizierungsbegleitung gemäß der LPH 1 bis LPH 8 übernehmen. Die Beauftragung soll stufenweise erfolgen. Für die Leistungsbilder "Objektplanung, Brandschutz, Barrierefreiheit" (Los 1), die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung HKLS (Los 2) sowie die Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung ELT (Los 3) werden in separaten Vergabeverfahren geringfügig zeitlich versetzt geeignete Auftragnehmer gesucht.
