Das Klinikum Südstadt Rostock (KSR) beabsichtigt die Realisierung eines zukunftsweisenden Eltern-Kind-Zentrums (ELKI). Dieses Großprojekt ist als standortübergreifendes Kooperationsmodell zwischen dem Klinikum Südstadt (KSR) und der Universitätsmedizin Rostock (UMR) konzipiert. Ziel ist es, die pädiatrische Versorgung und die Geburtsmedizin der Region Rostock auf höchstem medizinischem Niveau (Perinatalzentrum Level 1) zu bündeln und baulichtechnisch zu harmonisieren. Der geplante Neubau am Standort Südring soll die bestehenden, sanierungsbedürftigen Strukturen des Perinatalzentrums ersetzen und durch eine hochmoderne Infrastruktur ergänzen, die den Anforderungen an eine exzellente medizinische Versorgung sowie an eine familiengerechte, heilungsfördernde Umgebung („Healing Architecture“) gerecht wird. Es werden Generalplanerleistungen nach HOAI und AHO ausgeschrieben. Frist zur Einreichung von Bewerberfragen: 20.02.2026.
