General planner for the conversion of the Dransdorf depot

Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs-GmbH is procuring general planning services for the conversion and extension of the Dransdorf light rail depot in Bonn, Germany. The depot, currently housing 75 light rail vehicles, is to be adapted so that up to 120 vehicles can be maintained and stabled there in future, while operations continue. The works will be carried out in two construction phases. The contract covers all planning services according to HOAI service phases 1 to 8, including site supervision, across disciplines such as architecture, structural engineering, building services, fire protection, track systems and interim measures. The feasibility of the project has already been demonstrated.
