General planner services up to German HOAI service phase 4 have already been awarded. The tender covers services from phase 5 onwards, including overall coordination, object planning for buildings and interiors, building services engineering, structural engineering, outdoor facilities planning, fire protection, building physics, commissioning management, and further special planning and advisory services. Construction will take place during ongoing hospital operations.
