Description

Sanierung Freibad Oberwerth: 50m-Becken, Tribüne und Schwimmbadtechnik Es soll ein Edelstahlbecken wie bei den beiden benachbarten Becken ausgeführt werden. Ein Ausbau des 50-m-Beckens auf Wettkampfgröße wird dabei nicht gefordert. Auch ist die Technik in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entspricht zum Teil nicht mehr den Normen und Anforderungen und soll im Zuge der Sanierung insgesamt ausgetauscht werden. Der Sanierungsbedarf ist im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie geprüft worden. Es wurden zwei Ausführungsvarianten näher ausgearbeitet. Hierbei ist die Machbarkeit, terminliche Umsetzung, Investitionskosten aber auch die wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse des Betriebes aufgezeigt worden. Der Bauherr hat sich für die Umsetzung der Variante 1 entschieden. Demnach sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: - Gesamtsanierung des 50m-Beckens: Auskleidung mit Edelstahl - Schwimmbadtechnik: Erneuerung der gesamten Schwimmbadtechnik, inkl. der Becken aus dem 1. Bauabschnitt - Rückbau Absorberanlage und Neubau einer PV-Anlage - Sanierung Tribünengebäude: Sanierung gemäß Gutachten aus dem Jahr 2019 - Verlegung/Neuerstellung Chlorgasraum - Rückbau Technikgebäude Nord - Herstellung Barrierefreiheit: Erstellung einer rollstuhlgerechten Rampe vor dem Kiosk - Badaufsicht und Sonnendeck: Rückbau der Badaufsicht auf dem Schwallwasserbehälter / Neuerrichtung Badaufsicht lt. Baugenehmigung - Sanierung/Verkleidung des Schwallwasserbehälters 50m-Becken - Eingang- und Kassenbereich: Sanierung des Eingangs- und Kassenbereichs lt. Bestand - Verbesserung der Infrastruktur: Schaffung zusätzlicher Fahrrad- und E-Bike-Stellplätze - KI-gestützte Kameraüberwachung für alle Becken
