Neubau eines Gebäudes mit Bettenstationen, Patientenaufnahme und klinischem Arztdienst (UG - 7.OG) und Anschluss an die vorhandenen Bauteile mit folgenden Vorgaben: Neubau UG bis 6.OG plus Landeplatz für Hubschrauber UG: - Patientenversorgung (Lager / Archiv) - hochwassersichere Energiezentrale EG - Haupteingang - Kapelle - klinischer Arztdienst 1. - 5. OG - Bettenstationen 6. OG - Technikzentralen 7. OG - Hubschrauberlandeplatz - Anschluss an das Bestandsgebäude Bauteil C über die Ebene UG bis einschl. 4.OG Die Nutzung der o.g. Etagen ist wie folgt vorgesehen: Die Flächen im Untergeschoss werden neben einer hochwassersicheren Technikzentrale, welche teilweise neben dem Hauptbaukörper angeordnet ist, für die Patientenversorgung (Logistik, Speisen, Wäsche, usw.) benötigt. Im Erdgeschoss dieses Neubaus soll die Patientenaufnahme und der klinische Arztdienst untergebracht werden. Weiterhin befindet sich dort eine Kapelle und Flächen, die als Cafe / Kiosk betrieben werden können. Vom 1. OG bis zum 5. OG sind Bettenstationen vorgesehen. Im 6. OG befinden sich die Technikzentralen, deren Lüftungsanlagen das gesamte Gebäude bzw. den Neubau versorgen. Im 7. OG ist ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz geplant, um die Anforderungen an die erweiterte Notfallversorgung der Stufe II (gemäß G-BA) zu erfüllen. Der Anschluss an die Bestandsgebäude erfolgt vom UG bis zum 4. OG über Treppenhäuser und Aufzugsanlagen. Die Höhenunterschiede vom Bestand zum Neubau sind zu berücksichtigen. Benötigt werden die, in den drei Losen beschriebenen Architekten- und Ingenieur- Leistungen, in Fortentwicklung der bereits vorliegenden Vorentwurfsplanung eines Objektplaners und zur Fachplanung TGA. Wegen der Komplexität und Dringlichkeit der Maßnahme ist zur Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit und Risikobegrenzung nur die Bewerbung auf jeweils ein Los zulässig. Die ausgewählten Auftragnehmer sind sodann zu größtmöglicher Kooperation und gegenseitiger Kontrolle aufgefordert, um das Projekt bestmöglich zu fördern. - Los 1: Objektplanung gem. § 34, Einarbeitung und Prüfung in die vorliegenden Planungsergebnisse zur Entwurfsplanung - mit dem Leistungsziel, den vorliegenden Vorentwurf, der Grundlage des Fördermittelbescheides ist, auf Vollständigkeit und Fehler zu prüfen und darauf aufbauend die Leistungsphasen 3-9 HOAI, zu beauftragen, in drei Stufen 3 bis 4, 5 bis 7, 8 und 9 - Los 2: Tragwerksplanung gem. § 51, Leistungsphasen 1-5 HOAI, zu beauftragen in zwei Stufen 1 bis 4, 5 - Los 3: Fachplanung HLS gem. § 53 HOAI, Anlagengruppen 1-3, 7 und 8, Leistungsphasen 1-8 gem. § 55 HOAI, zu beauftragen in drei Stufen von 1 bis 4, 5 bis 7, 8
