Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen für die Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme einer Wärmepumpenanlage (bestehend aus mindesten zwei einzelnen Wärmepumpen, welche das Kältemittel Ammoniak nutzen) an der Kläranlage mit einer thermischen Leistung von ca. 15 MWth. Diese Wärmepumpenanlage entzieht die Wärme aus dem geklärten Abwasser (Klarwasser) und speist diese in das Wärmenetz ein. Für diese Maßnahme sind zwei Bauwerke mit Anlagen- und EMSR-Technik und eine verbindende Quellenleitung zu errichten. Los 1 - Technikgebäude mit Wärmepumpenanlagen, FW-Anlagen- und EMSR-Technik: Der Leistungsumfang betrifft die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 nach §§ 55ff und Anlage 15 HOAI für die Anlagen- und EMSR-Technik sowie die Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung für das Technikgebäude nach §§ 34ff und Anlage 10 HOAI und §§ 51ff und Anlage 14 HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen. Los 2 - Quellenleitung: Der Leistungsumfang betrifft die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 nach §§ 43ff Ingenieurbauwerk und Anlage 12 für den Tief- und Rohrbau sowie besondere Leistungen. Los 3 - Entnahmepumpwerk mit Anlagen-Technik und EMSR-Technik: Der Leistungsumfang betrifft die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 8 nach §§ 55ff und Anlage 15 HOAI für die Anlagen- und EMSR-Technik sowie die Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung für das Entnahmepumpwerk nach §§ 43ff und Anlage 12 HOAI und §§ 51ff und Anlage 14 HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen. Der Baubeginn der Maßnahme ist für das Jahr 2028 geplant. Der vorgesehene Planungsbeginn sowie die Ausschreibungen von Bauleistungen richten sich nach den Angaben im Projektzeitplan.
