Description

Der Aufttraggeber beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Wasserwerks auf dem Grundstück "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". Nach derzeitigem Stand sollen (zeitlich im Wesentlichen gleichlaufend) auf dem Grundstück folgende Projekte verwirklicht werden: Projekt 1: Werkstatt- und Bürogebäude nebst Filterhalle zur Enthärtung incl. Enteisenung und Entmanganung des Trinkwassers. Projekt 2: Trinkwasserbehälter (2 Wasserkammern/Trinkwasserbehälter mit Pumpwerk) mit angeschlossenem Bedienungsgebäude. Projekt 3: Absetzanlage. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Leistungen der TGA-Fachplanung (Anlagengruppen 7 - KG 470/477 verfahrenstechnische Anlagen Wasser und KG 490) gem. der §§ 53 ff. HOAI für das Projekt 2 : Trinkwasserbehälter (2 Wasserkammern/Trinkwasserbehälter mit Pumpwerk) mit angeschlossenem Bedienungsgebäude. Einzelheiten (auch hinsichtlich der voraussichtlichen anrechenbaren Kosten) können dem in den Vergabeunterlagen enthaltenen Vertragsentwurf entnommen werden.
