Die ProZent GmbH (kommunale Sanierungsgesellschaft) plant für die Stadt Dinslaken den Campus Nord des Schulzentrums Hiesfeld für die Nutzung einer 5-zügigen Gesamtschule neu zu organisieren und zu sanieren. Es sind Baumaßnahmen aufgrund des ermittelten Sanierungs- und Anpassungsbedarfs an neue Vorschriften erforderlich. In Abstimmung mit der Schule wurde eine Entwurfsplanung auf Grundlage des Vorentwurfs erarbeitet und unter Berücksichtigung der Kosteneinsparung optimiert. Die vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten von vormals zwei ansässigen Schulen (Gymnasium und Hauptschule) müssen für die Nutzung als Gesamtschule zentralisiert, neu organisiert und ergänzt werden. Stark sanierungsbedürftige bzw. abgängige Gebäudeteile werden zurückgebaut. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung mit den Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung. Es erfolgt eine Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 4 bis 8 für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 und 8. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Es liegen bereits Planungsleistungen aus den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 vor (siehe Projektbeschreibung). Die Unterlagen werden mit der Angebotsphase zur Verfügung gestellt. Etwaige hierfür noch erforderlich werdende Leistungen sind ebenfalls Teil des Auftrags.
