Description

Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung LPH 4 - 6 und besondere Leistungen Auf der Liegenschaft im Kreis Ostholstein Schleswig-Holstein Gemeinde Panker/ Todendorf sind zwei neue Unterkunftsgebäude Typ 150 zu planen und zu bauen. Der Gebäudetypus des Neubaus ist als dreigeschossiges, nicht unterkellertes Gebäude für jeweils 150 Personen zweimal annähernd baugleich zu erstellen. Eine FPU bis zur Leistungsphase 3 ist in Eigenleistung der GMSH bereits aufgestellt. Auf dieser Grundlage ist die Tragwerksplanung fortzuschreiben. Auf die beigefügten Pläne wird verwiesen. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leistungsumfang: Tragwerksplanung Leistungsphasen 4 bis 6 und besondere Leistungen § 51 ff nach der HOAI 2021. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Voraussichtliche Termine: +++++++ Leistungsbeginn: 15.04.2026 in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung +++++++ Baubeginn: 01.04. 2027 ++++++++ Fertigstellung Lph 8: 31.05.2029 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Erstbeauftragung: Leistungsphase 4, stufenweise Beauftragung ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vertragsrechtliche Grundlagen: Die anrechenbaren Kosten der Gebäude werden in der FPU und für die Berechnung des Honorars zusammengefasst (§ 11.2 HOAI).
