Description

Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume LPH 5 teilweise bis 9 Auf der Liegenschaft im Kreis Ostholstein Schleswig-Holstein Gemeinde Panker/ Todendorf sind zwei neue Unterkunftsgebäude Typ 150 zu planen und zu bauen. Der Gebäudetypus des Neubaus ist als dreigeschossiges, nicht unterkellertes Gebäude für jeweils 150 Personen zweimal annähernd baugleich zu erstellen. Eine FPU ist bereits aufgestellt. Die Planung ist in Eigenleistung teilweise bis zur Leistungsphase 5 von der GMSH erbracht worden. Auf dieser Grundlage ist die Planung fortzuschreiben. Auf die beigefügten Pläne wird verwiesen. Die zeichnerische Darstellung erfolgt in BIM Level 1 Anwendungsfälle 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 180 und 190 nur für die Objektplanung. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Leistungsumfang: Architektenleistungen Leistungsbild Gebäude, Leistungsphasen 5 (teilweise, siehe spezifische Leistungspflichten), 6 bis 9 und besondere Leistungen entsprechend § 33 ff nach der HOAI 2021. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Voraussichtliche Termine: +++++++ Leistungsbeginn: 15.04.2026 in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung ++++++++ Baubeginn: 01.04.2027 ++++++ Fertigstellung Lph 8: 31.05.2029 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Erstbeauftragung: Leistungsphase 5, stufenweise Beauftragung _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Vertragsrechtliche Grundlagen: Die anrechenbaren Kosten der Gebäude werden in der FPU und für die Berechnung des Honorars zusammengefasst (§ 11.2 HOAI).
