Description

Der Gebäudebestand der zweizügigen Gerhart-Hauptmann-Grundschule im Stadtbezirk Aplerbeck, Ortsteil Schüren ist mit 198 Schülern intensiv ausgelastet. Die bisher als OGS ("Offene Ganztagsschule") genutzten Räumlichkeiten im Kellerbereich entsprechen nicht den Anforderungen und sind darüber hinaus nicht mehr ausreichend. Das Flächenangebot des Bestandsgebäudes ist insgesamt zu gering. Zudem besteht am Standort der Bedarf für einen dritten Schulzug. Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Grundleistungen nach §51 HOAI und besondere Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung für die Errichtung der Neubauten Schule und Sporthalle gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung unter Punkt 3.2.1 Fachplanung Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz) Grundleistungen aus dem Leistungsbild "Wärmeschutz" (Anlage 1, Ziffer 1.2.3 HOAI) und besondere Leistungen zum Wärmeschutz und der energetischen Optimierung für die Errichtung der Neubauten Schule und Sporthalle. Fachplanung Bauphysik (Bauakustik) Grundleistungen für das Leistungsbild "Bauakustik/Schallschutz" (Anlage 1, Ziffer 1.2.4 HOAI) sowie Geräusch-Immissionsprognose nach TA-Lärm für die Errichtung der Neubauten Schule und Sporthalle gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung unter Punkt 3.2.2.2 Fachplanung Bauphysik (Raumakustik) Grundleistungen für das Leistungsbild "Raumakustik" (Anlage 1, Ziffer 1.2.5 HOAI) während der Planung und Ausführung sowie besondere Leistungen zur Raumakustik für die Errichtung der Neubauten Schule und Sporthalle gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung unter Punkt 3.2.2.3
