Description

Der Zweckverband LANDFOLGE Garzweiler wird in Erkelenz-Keyenberg in einem ehemaligen Küsterhaus und einem benachbarten Vierkanthof ein Projekt aus dem Themenfeld Kunst + Kultur realisieren. Dazu sollen die Gebäude in Künstler- und Gästewohnungen sowie Ateliers und Werkstätten umgebaut werden. Hier ausgeschrieben wird die Technische Ausrüstung. Die Sanierung des Vierkanthofes erfolgt in mehreren Abschnitten, muss jedoch als ganzheitliches Projekt verstanden werden. Als "Neue Mitte" soll der Hof vielfältige, teils gemischte Nutzungen aufnehmen. Die Machbarkeitsstudie (siehe Abbildung 2) sieht folgende Funktionen vor: 1. Küsterhaus - Gemeinschaftshaus Künstler 2. Ausstellung / Veranstaltung / Aufenthaltsräume Künstler 3. Dorfgemeinschaftsraum / Verwaltung 4. Ateliers 5. Ateliers (anteilig), Werkstatt, Ausstellung Die Räumlichkeiten für kreativen Arbeiten werden baulich angepasst und technisch ausgestattet. Die Gebäudesubstanz soll weitestgehend erhalten und für die neuen Nutzungen saniert bzw. umgebaut werden.
