Description

Thüringen Klinik Saalfeld - Neubau Bettenhaus - Bauleitplanung gem. § 19 HOAI 2021 Ziel ist die Schaffung der planungsrechtlichen Voraussetzungen für die Erweiterung des Klinikstandortes sowie begleitende Ordnungs- und Anpassungsmaßnahmen am Bestand. In die Betrachtung werden alle Flurstücke der Thü- ringen-Kliniken inklusive der vorhandenen Parkplätze und des Parkhauses, angrenzender Verkehrsflächen sowie derzeit landwirtschaftlich genutzter Flä- chen einbezogen (siehe Geltungsbereich). Zudem werden alle möglichen Bauabschnitte (BA 1-3) betrachtet. Zur Entflechtung der Verkehrswege werden Rettungsdienst sowie Patienten/Besucher über "Zum Eckardtsanger" geführt, während Ver- und Entsorgung über den Rainweg (Klopstockstraße) erfolgen und hierfür der Geh-/Radweg qualifiziert werden soll. Darüber hinaus wird der ÖPNV einbezogen, insbesondere durch die Umverlegung der Bushaltestelle am Krankenhaus.
