Description

Für dieses Projekt wird ein Büro gesucht, das die Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 3, 4, 5, 7 und 8 in den LPH 1 bis 8 inkl. der Besonderen Leistungen übernimmt. Bei einem bestehenden Technikgebäude des Bundes im Hochtaunuskreis (NUTS-3-Code: DE718) sollen Anlagen der Technischen Ausrüstung umgebaut werden. Das Gebäude wird weiterhin betrieben und die vorhandenen Redundanzen sind auch während des Umbaus sicherzustellen. Ein bestehendes Technikgebäude des Bundes soll im Bereich der Technischen Ausrüstung umgebaut werden - bei laufendem Betrieb und ohne Einschränkung vorhandener Redundanzen. Dem hohen Anspruch an die Betriebssicherheit wird u. A. durch redundante Stromversorgung, redundant ausgeführte modernste Raumluft- und Klimatechnik und Brandvermeidungsanlagen entsprochen. Projektspezifische Grundlagendokumente (Planungshandbücher, Dokumentationsrichtlinien) sind zu beachten.
