Description

Der Senat der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg und die Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) haben beschlossen, die im Stadtteil Steinwerder gelegenen Flächen des Hansaterminals und des Roßterminals - zusammen als Steinwerder Süd bezeichnet - umzustrukturieren. Die HPA hat die ReGe Hamburg Projekt-Realisierungsgesellschaft mbH mit dem Projektmanagement und der Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion zur Umsetzung der Flächenherrichtung Steinwerder Süds beauftragt. Zur Herrichtung dieser neuen, rd. 26,4 ha großen, zusammenhängenden Fläche sollen die vorhandenen Kaizungen aus Gründen des Hochwasserschutzes auf ein Niveau von derzeit rd. +5,5m NHN auf rd. +7,7m NHN aufgehöht, die Höftspitzen Roßhöft und Oderhöft zurückgebaut und der dazwischenliegende Bereich des Oderhafens ebenfalls auf ein Niveau von rd. +7,7m NHN aufgehöht werden. Leistungsgegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die örtliche Bauüberwachung und die geotechnische Überwachung während der Bauzeit der Vergabeeinheiten 03, 06 und 07 (inkl. Vor- und Nachlaufzeit).
