Description

Die Gemeinde Stahnsdorf lobt einen offenen städtebaulich-freiraumplanerischen Wettbewerb für die Entwicklung des zukünftigen S-Bahnquartiers aus. Der anonym durchgeführte Wettbewerb wendet sich an Planungsteams aus Stadtplaner:innen bzw. Architekt:innen in Zusammenarbeit mit Landschaftsarchitekt:innen. Ausgelobt wird eine Preissumme von 124.000 EUR. Es ist vorgesehen, einen Preisträger anschließend im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit der Rahmenplanung für das rd. 36 ha große Wettbewerbsgebiet zu beauftragen. Das Wettbewerbsgebiet liegt am Rand der Ortslage Stahnsdorf und am zukünftigen Endbahnhof der S-Bahnlinie S25, die vom bisherigen Endpunkt Teltow Stadt verlängert werden soll. Die Gemeinde plant die Entwicklung eines attraktiven Wohnquartiers mit bis zu 1.200 Wohnungen und eines zentralen Mobilitäts- und Versorgungsangebots in Nähe des künftigen S-Bahnhofs.
