Description

DSK Deutsche Stadt- und Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH als Sanierungstreuhänder der Stadt Bramsche beabsichtigt im Rahmen des Städtebauförderprogramms "Wachstum und nachhaltige Erneuerung" das Sanierungsgebiet "Bramsche - Bahnhofsumfeld" umfassend neu zu entwickeln. In dem insgesamt rund 25 ha großen Sanierungsgebiet soll ein neues Stadtquartier mit vielfältigem und nachhaltigem Wohnraum mit insgesamt ca. 400 Wohneinheiten sowie Dienstleistungseinrichtungen und Naherholung entstehen. Die Umsetzung des ursprünglichen, 2016 festgesetzten, Sanierungsgebiets "Bahnhofsumfeld" soll auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse eines städtebaulichen Wettbewerbs erfolgen. Das städtebauliche Konzept für Teilbereiche des Masterplans wurde aufgrund teils veränderter Rahmenbedingungen angepasst und muss bei der zukünftigen Planung berücksichtigt werden. Des Weiteren wurde das Sanierungsgebiet 2022 erweitert und umfasst nunmehr auch die Flächen der ehem. Tapetenfabrik Rasch und der Bramscher Buchbinderbetriebe an der Lindenstraße. Die Erweiterung des Sanierungsgebiets ist nicht Teil dieser Ausschreibung. Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß Teil 3 Abschnitt 3 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 12 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 2 & 3 und 5 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.; Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen gemäß Teil 3 Abschnitt 4 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 13 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 2 & 3 und 5 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.; Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 2 & 3 und 5 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.
