Description

Planungsleistung - Sanierung und Erweiterung der Kita Steindorf, hier: Objektplanung Gebäude Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für den Umbau/Sanierung und die Erweiterung der bestehenden Kindertagesstätte (Kita) Wetzlar-Steindorf. Die Maßnahme umfasst sowohl Arbeiten im Bestand als auch einen Neubauanteil. Das bestehende eingeschossige massive Gebäude soll funktional, baulich und technisch saniert werden. Zusätzlich ist die Erweiterung um einen fünften Gruppenraum mit Sanitär- und Differenzierungsräumen einschließlich der erforderlichen Neben-, Verkehrs- und Technikflächen vorgesehen. Zusätzlich sind aufgrund der aktuellen Altersstruktur der Kinder sowie des pädagogischen Konzepts funktionale Anpassungen im Bestand notwendig. Auf Grundlage der vorliegenden Flächenbilanz ergibt sich ein zusätzlicher Raum- und Flächenbedarf von ca. 560 m² Nutzfläche. Darüber hinaus sind technische Anlagen energetisch sowie sicherheitstechnisch zu ertüchtigen.
