Sachverständigenleistungen für wiederkehrende Prüfungen (WKP). Gegenstand des Vertrages sind Sachverständigenleistungen zur Durchführung von Wiederkehrenden Prüfungen (WKP) gemäß Betriebssicherheitsverordnung und Wasserhaushaltsgesetz sowie die Prüfung von technischen Anlagen der JEN. Bei diesen Prüfungen sind die aktuellen Regelwerke sowie (soweit erforderlich) die Genehmigungen der JEN zu berücksichtigen. Nicht Gegenstand des Vertrages sind Sachverständigenleistungen im Sinne des § 20 AtG. Die wiederkehrenden Prüfungen müssen von unabhängigen Sachverständigen durchgeführt werden.
