Rahmenvertrag über Generalplanungsleistungen für Kanalbaumaßnahmen Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe der Generalplanerleistungen in den Leistungsbildern Freianlagen (§§ 38 ff., Anlage 11.1 zu § 39 Abs. 4 HOAI), Ingenieurbauwerke (§§ 41 ff., Anlage 12.1 zu § 43 Abs. 4 HOAI), Tragwerksplanung (§§ 49 ff., Anlage 14.1 zu § 51 Abs. 5 HOAI) und Technische Ausrüstung (§§ 53 ff., Anlage 15.1 zu § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI) sowie Gutachterleistungen in den Bereichen (Baugrundgutachten sowie bei Bedarf mit Versickerungsbewertung, hydraulische Berechnungen, bergbauliche Sicherung, Artenschutzprüfung, Landschaftspflegerischer Begleitplan, Machbarkeitsstudien, Kampfmittelprüfung). Die Stadt Bochum führt die Aufgaben der kommunalen Abwasserbeseitigung im Stadtgebiet durch. Im Zuge der Realisierung von Investitionsmaßnahmen soll das öffentliche Kanalnetz in Bochum umfassend saniert werden. Dieser Rahmenvertrag dient als Grundlage für die Beauftragung des Auftragnehmers mit Generalplanerleistungen (Grund- und besondere Leistungen sowie Beratungs- und Gutachterleistungen). Der vorliegende Rahmenvertrag regelt die wesentlichen Inhalte, Bedingungen und Konditionen der Leistungserbringung des Auftragnehmers für die Auftraggeberin. Zur Erbringung von Leistungen bedarf es jedoch für jedes einzelne Projekt eines konkreten, von beiden Vertragsparteien unterzeichneten Projekteinzelvertrages auf der Grundlage dieses Rahmenvertrages. Gegenstand eines Projekteinzelvertrags sind in der Regel alle notwendigen Planungs- und Koordinationsleistungen zur termingerechten, vollständigen, funktionsfähigen und qualitätsgerechten Realisierung der Investitionsmaßnahmen zu den Sanierungen des öffentlichen Kanalnetzes in Bochum. Der Rahmenvertrag endet entweder nach einer Laufzeit von 48 Monaten oder mit Erreichen der Maximalsumme i.H.v. 11.000.000,00 EUR brutto.
