The municipal company Kommunalbetriebe Bünde AöR intends to extend the municipal secondary school Realschule Bünde-Mitte in Bünde, Germany, with additional teaching areas and supplementary functional rooms, including alterations to the existing building, and to construct a new single-court sports hall. This procurement concerns the technical planning services for heating, ventilation, plumbing and sanitation (HLS), covering all planning services in one lot. The objective is an energy-efficient, economical and operationally safe building services design, taking account of school use and sports hall requirements. The commission covers the performance profile for technical building services under Sections 53 to 56 of the HOAI 2021, service phases 1 to 8. Planning includes AG 1 wastewater, water and gas installations, AG 2 heat supply installations, AG 3 ventilation systems and AG 8 building automation relevant to HLS.
